- All PayPal payments are sent to the email address on file with us (the email address you specified in your account profile)
- It is YOUR responsibility to make sure that the email address you specify is correct for your PayPal account BEFORE requesting a PayPal cash out
- You may add the email address you specified in your profile that we have on file to your PayPal account
- You may change the email address you specified in your profile that we have on file to one of the email addresses listed in your PayPal account
- You may not share a PayPal account with any other member of these sites. Make sure that the PayPal account you specify is unique / your own.
- You can cash out any cash point amount you may have in your account. There is no Minimum amount that must be reached before you may request a PayPal cash out / withdrawal.
- You may cash out as many times as you wish (there is no limit to the number of cash out request you may submit in a given time period.)
- 99.5% of all PayPal payment requests are processed instantly (3-15 minutes)
- Account activity that raises red flags (suspicion) may cause certain PayPal payment requests to be place on “hold” awaiting manual review by an office staff member (this may delay pending payments significantly for certain members under certain conditions.)
- A good indicator of whether or not your particular request is on hold is the status as seen under “my prizes”. If your request is in “pending” status for an unusually long period of time (over an hour or so) then your request may be on hold. If it says “processed” then your request is definitely not on hold (see last bullet point below in this group for statement on payment processor temporarily running dry.)
- Held cash out requests are processed during business days and during normal business hours (EST) only (non-holiday weekdays) – no weekends.
- You MAY (though not always) be asked for positive identification in the form of scans of TWO government issue identification cards. At least one must be a photo ID and at least one must show your street address as stated in your profile. Supporting documents such as scans of postage canceled mail you received at the address in your profile and the like may help to bolster your ID proof.
- ID documentation scans (as above) may be attached to a support ticket from within the member area of your account. You may only have one chance to submit this support ticket so make it good.
- “Account activity that raises red flags (suspicion)” may include (but is not limited to the following: Connecting to our sites from an area distant from your stated location in your profile, connecting to our sites from the very same (identical) internet connection as another member, attempting to share a PayPal address with another member, suspected false/fake profile information, cashing out an unusually large amount or cashing out an unusually large number of times for smaller amounts, re-completing offers already credited on other sites, an unusually large (illogical) amount of high paying credit card type offers completed in succession, sponsor reports of fraud / abuse / fake information linked to your account, etc, etc. (common sense type stuff.)
- Occasionally (rarely) the PayPal payment account of our payment processing service (GPTPayments.com) may temporarily run dry requiring human intervention to be refilled. In these extremely rare cases all PayPal payments for everyone may be slightly or significantly delayed (this issue is usually solved within a mater of minutes up to 24hrs.)
- Account activity that raises red flags (suspicion) may cause certain PayPal payment requests to be place on “hold” awaiting manual review by an office staff member (this may delay pending payments significantly for certain members under certain conditions.)
- We send you the payment using the PAYPAL MASS PAY feature, this means you are never charged a PayPal fee to receive the money.
- The “Auto Withdrawal” feature on all of our sites has been temporarily disabled (non-functional) while our programming staff improves the programming code.
- Please feel free to use the manual PayPal cash out form in the mean time.
